If you (the buyer) are in attendance, the commercial building inspector will spend time walking you through the findings once the assessment is complete. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTION?
We require payment in full prior to or at the time of the inspection for all services. We allow for payment to be deferred to closing for 1031 exchanges.
Accepted payment methods are cash, check, and debit/credit card. Our time is valuable, so if a cancellation happens for any reason, we retain 25% of the total inspection fee which is non-refundable to the client.

The commercial building inspection cost includes local travel up to 60 miles round-trip. Beyond the 60 miles, we do charge a travel fee. We may also need to quote for overnight lodging and meals. WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTION REPORT?
Depending on the size of the inspection, the turnaround time will vary. Typically, we can have the report delivered within 3 - 5 business days. If you are needing the report sooner, please let us know of your timeline when scheduling so we are sure to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that no inspection or report is perfect, but we can assure you that we carry the necessary liability insurance to mitigate errors. No inspection or report is a guarantee of our work or warranty of any kind.
