We installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in this rental unit. Great color choice picked by our client and a successful install by our excellent team!
There were rotten boards in this deck. The client wanted them replaced, so that’s what we did. You can see how gorgeous the wood boards turned out. Now the client is ready to stain and seal!

What A Handyman Can’t Do
Our team is extremely diverse and highly skilled. We tend to think of ourselves as a jack-of-all-trades, but certainly not specialists. We are not equipped in niche areas that require special certification or licensing. These areas include, but not limited to:

Pricing
Half Day Rate - $400
This fee is for the cost of labor only. Cost of materials are added to your project estimate and then adjusted on the final invoice. Our half day rate is roughly 4 hours of work, no matter the project size. If you don’t have a large project in mind, clients will often make a list of several smaller tasks for us to complete around the home. You get our team for several hours, so be creative and think outside of the box. This is the best value for your money as a homeowner!
Full Day Rate - $800
This fee is for the cost of labor only. Cost of materials are added to your project estimate and then adjusted on the final invoice. Our full day rate is roughly 8 hours of work and typically reserved for large projects. This is a great option for real estate investors with multiple properties to maintain.

On occasion we receive requests for unique projects that may require a custom quotes. If you have a specific project request, please reach out to us and discuss. We may be able to accommodate you!
